Socialize Medical care in the US

Medical care.. or lack there of, in the United States has reached unacceptable lows. Far too many families have no medical coverage and can not afford to obtain medical care. The government initiatives to create health care programs for the average citizen who lacks quality medical care have failed the people. A person should not have to remain sick until their so ill that they require emergency treatment simply because they fall through the cracks, insurance companies should not dictate to an individual and their doctor regarding needed care, a patient should not be denied medication simply because they lack the means to pay. The financial tables used by the government to dictate income guidelines are unacceptable... they have been given long enough to fix this health care crisis, they have made changes that minimally effect the overall population. More and more employers no longer provide benifit options due to rising premium costs. I say ENOUGH. This call for action will be sent directly to the senate, we need to show them that we care about our health, and we demand a system that will help us insure lasting health rather than hinder it. I urge you to sign and show your support for the creation of a socialized medical system within the United States.
