More and more employers and doing credit checks as a policy for employment. I disagree with it. I think a job should be based on your skills and ablilties to preform a job not your credit score. Employers have the option to preform a credit check or not. However, if they do a credit check and it comes back with poor or damaged credit then employers can view that as how you will preform at there job. That is discrimination. There are thousands of resons why peoples credit is imperfect some of which nobody has control over. Why should anyone be punished when there out trying to make an honest living for themselves.
