We, the undersigned, believe that bail enforcement agents all over the country have a right to disagree with the portrayal of our industry by the Arts and Entertainment network's "Dog The Bounty Hunter". We believe that we have been unduly harassed by fans of the show for presenting an alternate view of the bail enforcement industry. We have been slandered, defamed, libeled, and threatened for daring to disagree with their uneducated and uninformed views of the bail enforcement industry. We have tried to provide them with factual acounts and experienced opinions, and have received in return profane, vulgar, and inappropriate contact with us and those who support our point of view.
We believe that Yahoo, Proboard and other sites that allow them to create boards for no other reason than to defame our reputations and harass us with their inane and ridiculous postings should review their sites and IP ban them from posting. If you support the truth about this industry and are appalled as I am that a few "desperate housewives" and "internet commandos" can attempt to stifle the free expression of some of the most nationally recognized names in the bail enforcement community, please sign your name to the petition below. Those of us who have dedicated our lives to this industry and to the safety and security of our nation, thank you!
