There is clearly a hidden agenda and someone is perhaps playing politics. One school of thought or theory is suggests: it may-be due to the new Central Corridor* Northstar light rail transit system they are nearly set to start constructing. This light rail system will connect Minneapolis and St. Paul. This system is being placed along old decommissioned freight rail tracks.a mere stones throw away from EJ Liquidation. No matter the theory or cause, those who have seen and read the documents and allegations can attest there are parties and persons trying quite literally rail road this man, his family, employees and business right out of town without a penny or just cause other then the gain of the city or state. EJs is a trusted place of business and is held in high regard by countless clients and businesses, as well as being highly respected and recommended by its peers.
After over 3 decades in business, in the same location, with no major past incidents or violations, the city, and/or its representatives are saying, this business has multiple punishable violations and it is slated for closure. Without warning or explanation of the alleged 29 citations, the aim, no matter the cost, is to shut EJs down for good.
The hope here is that this business will get a FAIR chance to show necessary items that will win on appeal and restore this business to the community. I am here to help my friend John, his family and employees, save this business. I hope that you will help as well by signing this petition so we can get this man and his family an appeal and a second chance to be heard in a just and fair manner.
PLEASE take a moment to help, sign this, then click share or forward this so your friends can too. Help make a difference.
Thank you very kindly,
