Support Don Imus

On the April 4 edition of MSNBC's Imus in the Morning, host Don Imus referred to the Rutgers University women's basketball team as a "bunch of nappy headed hoes," which can be viewed in the link above.


This is an official petition to support Don Imus from MSNBC Television CBS and Radio. Don Imus made a mistake with his comment that is a fact. It is also a fact that the same comments and worse are said on Television everyday by Musicians, Actors, Comedians, and others. Those comments are ok thought if you are of that race. Musicians make their millions calling women derogatory names, using racial slurs. Comedians and Actors make millions saying racial slurs. The comment Don Imus made is light compared to those other racist remarks that are allowed by others. The simple fact that Don Imus is a Caucasian male who made these remarks is reason people have taken exception. A African American can do a whole half hour making jokes about Whites, Spanish and other African Americans and not a word is said. It's time to call a end to the endorsement of those as well. He has apologized public to the nation. What he did wasnt right but is you persecute one you should persecute ALL. This is a call to accept Don Imus's apology and stop the persecution of Don Imus.
