'Bobby' and his companion suffered in silent hope as the Atlantic storms battered their frail little bodies. We have cried over 'Bobby', we have talked non-spot about him since New Year’s Eve, we have shared his story on facebook and in the media.
NOW LET US DO SOMETHING - LET US SPEAK FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
AIMS OF THE 'D.D.S. JUSTICE FOR BOBBY APPEAL':
-To erect a memorial in Fanad to this little donkey in the hope that he will be the animal that will turn the tide and bring change. When tourists visit this beautiful part of Donegal they will be forever reminded of this little animal and his suffering and most of all how he did not die in vain. He was the catalyst for change.
-To gather as many signature from animal lovers countrywide and beyond to present to the Minister for Agriculture at Leinster House. This petition will be delivered by donkey and cart. Our 'Quiney' will deliver this petition of hope for 'Bobby'. We wish to seek changes in the law to make people accountable for their actions.
