To Mayor Wood and Roswell City Council,We, the undersigned, are opposed to a change of zoning from Agriculture 1/Suburban Residential to Office-Professional on the 9050 Fouts Road Property.Any Rezoning request to change the current zoning should present the surrounding residents with a higher value development and one that will enhance the community more than what the proposed zoning can provide.We are not against development that fits within the current zoning, but we strongly oppose a zoning change to suit the needs of commercial development on this property that does not enhance the property values of our neighborhood. Allowing the building of a commercial establishment on this adjoining property would not preserve the residential integrity of our neighborhood.This development with the proposed zoning changes and significant variance requests would have an extremely negative impact on our neighborhood and we ask that you require any development on the property to be compliant with the current city master plan, city codes and city ordinances.Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.Twelvestones Subdivision residents
