We, the undersigned, wish to petition the use of slanderous comments used by DJ Dana of 93.3 WFLZ FM in Tampa, FL, pertaining to Jennifer Lopez. It seems like everytime we turn on the radio, Dana is spreading another lie and using hurtful, deragotory comments that spread a negative and false image about Ms. Lopez.
We assume that the purpose of a radio station is to positively promote the artists that they have in rotation in order to gain more listeners. Ms. Lopez is one of the main artists that this pop station plays, so there should be no reason for Dana to be making fun of one of the people that help provide for her paycheck.
We ask that the station managers of WFLZ speak with Dana about toning down the amount of energy she wastes on hating on one particular person without knowing the facts. We also ask that Dana try to be more conscience of the feelings of her listeners.
