When Teens Get Life

We, the undersigned, ask that Governor Bill Ritter commute to time served the sentences of all CO juveniles currently serving LWOP after those juveniles receive rigorous rehabilitation and restorative justice programs inside the system and successfully complete their re-entry into society via an appropriate halfway house and reintegration programs.

Contact legislators in YOUR state, particularly Florida, Michigan and California, which have introduced a bill to end juvenile LWOP, and tell them to pass legislation ending the barbaric practice of life in prison for juveniles. If youre in other states contact your legislators and ask them to pass the same law.
