20 Seconds of YAMEL

The movie "20 Seconds of YAMEL" which should be up for an Oscar this year for best independant film is getting the shaft. The director's country of citizenship is listed in the United States as a "prominent angle" in the ever-growring axis of evil. The Academy Board have refused it entry into the second phase of selection because of this technicality. This petition should reach the Academy before the of this business week since no more nominations will be accepted after that.
