20mph speed limits for Westminster's residential streets

We, the undersigned, are calling on Westminster Council to introduce 20mph zones on residential streets across the borough.
This is to save lives and reduce injuries caused by cars travelling too fast on our roads.
The government recently gave power to local authorities to put in place 20mph schemes without the need for traffic-calming measures such as speed humps.
We believe cars and traffic should stick to our SLOW DOWN! campaign, by introducing these zones where needed.
