Questa petizione è stata creata dagli "Echelon" Italiani, fans della band "30 Seconds To Mars" con lo scopo di far ritornare la suddetta band in concerto nel nostro Paese. La decisione di iniziare questa petizione è nata al seguito della pubblicazione del Tour Europeo della band previsto per l'inizio del 2008 in UK e Irlanda, il quale NON include alcuna data italiana.
