A Call to the Member States of the European Union
and the UN Security Council


Honorable Ladies and Gentlemen:

It is no longer acceptable that a democratic state is daily pounded by rocket fire from militant Palestinians and the Security Council of the United Nations does not speak up. The Member States of the European Union also cover themselves in silence.

As long as these forces operate in the Palestinian Autonomy regions the vision of an independent and autonomous Palestinian State must not be supported by the European Union and the Unites Nations. Under these circumstances it is impossible to assess what further dangers might arise or weather the unrest may spread.

Therefore we request that

1. This behaviours is declared as terror and be officially condemned
2. The import of all kinds of goods will be strictly controlled
3. The Import of weapons and all goods that could be used to construct such weapons, ammunitions or explosives be banned
4. Humanitarian assistance should be locally administered, directly by the organisations or countries that grant it. The payment of funds into accounts must not be allowed by reason of uncontrollable misuse.
5. The verbal recognition of Israels Right to Exist must no longer be sufficient for taking up diplomatic relations. The rocket fire on Israeli Cities is proof for the desire to destroy Israel.
6. The creation of a Palestinian state must be made dependant on the constitutional and democratic development in the present Palestinian Autonomy areas.

Aufruf an die Mitgliedsstaaten der EU und des Weltsicherheitsrates


Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Es ist nicht lдnger hinnehmbar, dass ein demokratischer Staat von militanten Palдstinensern durch tдglichen Raketenbeschuss terrorisiert wird und seitens des Weltsicherheitsrates kein Veto eingelegt wird. Auch die meisten EU-Mitgliedsstaaten hьllen sich in Schweigen.

Solange diese radikalen Krдfte in dieser Autonomieregion leben, darf die Aussicht auf die Bildung eines eigenen Palдstinenserstaates durch die EU und der UNO nicht mehr unterstьtzt werden. Denn derzeit kann ьberhaupt nicht abgeschдtzt werden, welche Gefahren eines weltweiten Flдchenbrandes von diesem ausgehen.

Deshalb fordern wir:

1. eine klare Benennung und Verurteilung des Terrors

2. strenge Kontrolle der Einfuhr von Waren

3. Boykott der Einfuhr aller Waren, die zur Herstellung von Waffen bzw. Munition dienen kцnnten

4. Humanitдre finanzielle Hilfe muss von den jeweiligen Organisationen bzw. Staaten gezielt vor Ort geleistet werden. Die Einzahlung auf Konten und der somit unkontrollierbaren Ausgabe muss verhindert werden.

5. Ein Lippenkenntnis zum Existenzrecht Israels darf nicht mehr allein zur Bedingung von diplomatischen Beziehungen gemacht werden! Der Beschuss israelischer Stдdte zeigt den Vernichtungswillen gegenьber Israel.

6. Die Bildung eines Palдstinenserstaates muss von der rechtsstaatlichen Entwicklung im jetzigen Autonomiegebiet abhдngig gemacht werden.
