We (the signed) declare that Bungie Studios should make a Halo film that involves the 3 books (the fall of reach, the flood, first strike) and halo 2.
The Halo movie would be digital to keep the style of the game and to make it so the film would have the voices that everyone has grown to love.
We strongly suggest Bungie to do this, even if its not in theatres and just comes out on DVD.
