Ontario is the only province to have no over site over the provinces Children's aid societies. In 2009 approximately 110 children died in the care of C.A.S..Why?? ...
Why????....Who knows? C.A.S DOES NOT ANSWER TO ANYONE!
Did you know that the C.A.S is a private corporation? Not a Government agency!! Do you trust a private corporation to make life changing decisions re:Your family or others?
As it stands right now the C.A.S answers to no one! They may enter your home with no warrants,they may be in your life based upon a phone call,and they could,if they choose make your life a living hell by harassing you,threatening you,and disrupting your families life,and you have no one to turn to for help.
The family courts often take years to reach decisions,and statistics show that very often they decide in the favor of the C.A.S
Please help us in our fight to bring changes to a system in dire need of change.
