AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON ADOTED IN THIS STATE MAY, UPON REACHING THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE, OBTAIN A COPY OF THE PERSON'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON ADOPTED IN THIS STATE MAY, UPON REACHING THE AGE OF 21, OBTAIN A COPY OF THE PERSON'S ORGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Any person who is at least twentyone (21) years of age and who was adopted in the State of Arkansas is entitled to obtain from the Division of Vital Records of the Department of Health a copy of his or her orginal birth certificate.
