Against Seasonal Produce Business

This petition is against the propsed Neighborhood Service Rezoning of the Lots 2, 3 and 4 Westlawn Addition. We believe that the proposed buisness will bring in more pest, insects and rodents into the neighborhood due to the size of the growing area of the proposed buisness and further more have concerns of how the proposed rezoning may affect the value of the surrounding houses. If the proposed change does take place we require that at a minimum that a 7 foot fence be installed on the West, North and South side of the property that the produce will be growing on to the West of 2421, 2425, and 2501 North Robinson Rd, Texarkana, TX.
