Allow the Flow of Conflict Zone Resources into the World's Market

With the Kimberley Process signed by 40 nations in Jan. 2003, the diamonds mined should have decreased. With the increase, it is suggested that more diamonds, and therefore more conflict diamonds, are actually flowing into the world market than is documented.
We believe that a more radical procedure is required to stop the fighting and deaths in conflict zones, by allowing conflict zone resources to flow into the world's market, rather than trying to stem the flow. We believe that the Kimberley Process is not doing the job it is supposed to do, and by allowing the resources into the market, peace in conflict zones will arrive much sooner, because the resource will be devalued, with the flooding of market with it. When the people in conflict zones realize that the resource is no longer a profitable source to pay to sponsor the war, fighting will stop.
We urge the governments that signed the Kimberley Process withdraw from it, and enact the above procedure.
