We the people of Missouri hereby petition the Missouri Legislature to amend the Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 273.050 with the following language; Whereas the State of Missouri receives tax revenues from dog owners, dogs are recognized as personal property. No city, county, or state authority shall restrict, or prohibit the ownership of dogs by breed. The State of Missouri declares that no breed, or mixed breed of dog is inherently potentially dangerous, or dangerous.
