To: Complain about SE's local agent in Egypt
For all SonyEricsson Lovers all over Egypt
This Petition is an appeal to SonyEricsson about the it's local Agent here in Egypt, Delta Communications Co.
Due to the several misbehaves that were faced by SE phone holders from this company and due to the fact of being misled also by the same specific company asking for payments in return to services that should be done under warranty.
This Happened to me in person, a 10 month old phone's screen not working, went there, asked for 800 L.E. to replace. I refused to pay, Supervisor came to negotiate, refused again, returned the phone to the service booth, 30 minutes later he came back to tell me that the board had some sort of damage due to a falling liquid!!!!
Didn't they realize from the beginning? or they only knew after I claimed my right to be done under warranty?
After a serious of negotiations and me threatening them to complain to the Commercial Fraud Committee, I Ended up paying 150 L.E. and that Great Supervisor voided the warranty.
The Phone that I had then Never went through any sort of liquids.
