Apple MacBook Pro with faulty keyboard - first keystroke not always registered - xPetition

As the owner of an Apple MacBook Pro I am one of many with the 'first keystroke does not always register when typing' bug. Whether this bug is software or hardware related, is not of my concern. All I want is Apple Inc. to acknowledge the keyboard failure/bug and get it fixed.
