Apple, move out of China

The images of violence, torture and repression that have dramatically and suddenly entered into our houses, have finally shown the true face of a non-democratic country, that despite its disrespect for human rights, keeps a high level of economical exchanges with western countries, and that will soon host the only event in human history that could stop wars and violence, in a world where war was part of everyday life.
We, as Apple users, have always considered ourselves more like a community of people sharing the same values and passions, rather than just a group of customers, and we've always appreciated the company's push towards a more ethical and environment friendly business, feeling that this attitude could fit our beliefs, and that there was an unwritten contract between us and the company, concerning the way Apple would have performed its business, always being the leader of products' innovation and ethical business model.
That's why, seen the dramatic evolution of the situation in Lhasa and all the Tibet, seen the lack of international political decisions towards the Chinese regime and its continuous violations of any human right in Tibet and elsewhere, we ask Apple to be the avant-garde of its customers' will and feelings, starting a plan to disinvest in its Chinese activities, to move production to countries where human rights are respected, to push all its suppliers and other big companies to follow the same direction, in order to put pressure on Chinese Government to desist from its genocidal acts.
Only a strong action having effects on the economy of the country can have a real impact on a regime that has shown no interest for anything beside the economical aspects of its country, and that's why we, Apple family, ask the company to lead this fundamental battle for human rights and freedom.
