Arrest virus makers; not music downloaders

In the past five years, the computer industry has gone down 60\%, having the percent increase, as a computer is infected with a trojan attack every six seconds. As with the computer industry's depression, the virus production process has TRIPLED, causing more computers to be obliterated before these tyrannous people. However, nobody does anything about these relentless people, and thus many computers are destroyed, and computer industries are literally sued for vast, skyrocketing amount of money.
Also, there are various potheads and prostitutes who should be arrested for exposing theirself, and attracting viruses to sneak into other peoples computers, which YES, viruses -ARE- illegal. But who is doing anything about it? Only the intelligent of the computer geniuses. And they need your help. Take it from me, as I, too, am a computer genius. I fought against a Trojan attack which was compulsively lagging and sending popups, thus creating myriads of viruses. However, during that span of time, I have heard of thirty people becoming arrested a day, just for downloading music. Do you want this to stop now? Listen to this even more.
Virus makers place viruses -EVERYWHERE-. They can even sneak into your computer's recesses from sites that are deemed "safe", however, they are indeed not. They have even begun deliberate attacks on children's websites.
Also, the music industry has been greedy lately. They have made propaganda to keep the fact they're only in a band to make money, when they can get away with smoking Marijuana, etc. Lately, musicians have only made songs, poor quality or not, to obtain money, only to repeat the process. Then, the record companies make propaganda to make this CONTINUE happening.
