CONSIDЙRANT les dйclarations dйjа faites а la commission Gomery.

CONSIDЙRANT que c'est le parti qui a йtй йlu par le peuple а ce moment qui avait la responsabilitй de bien gйrer l'argent des contribuables.

CONSIDЙRANT qu'il y a eu des abus а tous les niveaux. Aussi bien au niveau de la confiance que des montants versйs pour les services.

CONSIDЙRANT qu'une partie de ces argents versйs en trop allait se retrouver dans le coffre du parti Libйral et que ce n'est rien d'autre que du blanchiment d'argent.

CONSIDЙRANT que le Premier Ministre, en tant que chef du parti Libйral, a nommй les ministres et a composй son йquipe.

NOUS REFUSONS que les seules accusations qui soient portйes le soient envers des agences de publicitй.

NOUS EXIGEONS donc que les mesures suivantes soient appliquйes:

QUE DES ACCUSATIONS de fraude soient portйes envers les politiciens impliquйs.

QUE TOUT MEMBRE DU PARTI LIBЙRAL qui est intervenu de prиs ou de loin dans ce systиme frauduleux soit poursuivi en justice, sans йgard а son titre ou а son rang social.

QUE JEAN CHRЙTIEN, Premier Ministre au moment des actes reprochйs, assume la responsabilitй de l'йquipe qu'il a choisie et qui a menй aux retombйes que nous connaissons aujourd'hui.

QUE LE PARTI LIBЙRAL DU CANADA rembourse chaque dollar qu'il aura reзu illйgalement ou en йchange de contrats.

WHEREAS statements heard at the Gomery commission.

WHEREAS that it is the party elected by the citizens who had the responsibility to manage the taxpayers money.

WHEREAS that there were abuses at every levels. On the degree of confidence as well as on the amounts paid for the services.

WHEREAS that part of the money paid in excess was going to be found in the trunk of the Liberal party and that it is nothing other than money bleaching.

WHEREAS that the Prime Minister, as head of the Liberal party, named the ministers and composed his team.

WE REFUSE that the only charges which are carried are towards advertising agencies.

WE ASK that the following measures be taken:

THAT CHARGES of fraud be carried towards the implied politicians.

THAT ANY MEMBER of the Liberal Party who was involved, from near or by far, in this fraudulent system be prosecuted, without regards to their title or social status.

THAT JEAN CHRETIEN, Prime Minister at the time of the reproached acts, assumes responsibility for his team's actions, which led to the repercussions that are known today.

THAT THE LIBERAL PARTY OF CANADA reimburses every dollar that has been received illegally or in exchange of contracts.
