Ashland Avenue Parking

The Elmwood Village Association is petitioning The City of Buffalo to relieve the strain of automobile parking in the Elmwood Village. Currently, the accessibility of parking in the growing neighborhood is difficult for residents, employees, and patrons. EVA petitions that both sides of Ashland Avenue be used for parking in the summer season. It is proposed that the hours of alternate on-street parking on Ashland Avenue be reduced from 9:00am-4:00pm to 9:00am-11:00am, Monday through Friday. By creating this additional parking, more spaces on Elmwood Avenue and the surrounding area will be available for patrons and the residents that may have difficulty finding parking outside of their homes. With your help, more space will be available for customers, visitors, and residents.
