The passing, on March 3, 2011, of Ordinance No. 20110303-025 of Title 12-3 (Metered and Pay Station Parking) of the City Code of Austin, Texas to extend parking meter hours within the downtown area from 8:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Monday through Saturday and to extend all other paid parking hours to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
I hereby state my opposition to Ordinance No. 20110303-025 of Title 12-3 of the City Code, and call for City Council of Austin to rescind said ordinance.
