Ban puppy and kitten mills in Quebec

There are more then 2000 puppy and kitten mills in Quebec. This is disturbing and not right, many animals suffer as puppy and kitten mills owners get way over their heads and can not give the animals the proper care they need. It's heartbreaking to see the pain and suffering these animals go through for ones greed. The Quebec government says there in the process of introducing new animal welfare regulations designed to crack down on puppy and kitten mills in the province . But in the mean-time these poor little angels undergo great suffering, don't turn away they need your voice . Please help ban puppy and kitten in Quebec Canada. Thank you all !
