BBC tour guides face 17% pay cut

The guides that deliver tours at the BBC's new £100 million building, Broadcasting House, have been forced to take a 17% pay cut.
The team is hugely talented, comprising of actors, comedians, presenters, journalists, some of which have worked for the BBC upwards of 30 years. They receive brilliant feedback from visitors and have always been acknowledged to do a great job. None of their salary is funded by the licence fee. The team has recently relocated from Television Centre and the guides have been given additional responsibilities, making a pay cut even more unreasonable.
