When www.bestbuy.com started their Online preorders for the Playstation 3 Gaming Console, many people thought it was to good to be true. Many people ordered a system, even having accounts charged and credit cards checked. People also received their confirmation emails about their preorders. Best Buy then proceeded to cancel all preorders because their "system was not intended to take pre-orders on the PlayStation 3 gaming system." even though they had an entire web page set up devoted to the Playstation 3 preorders. Their customer service representatives even confirmed these orders as valid. We want our preordered systems to be honored, and shipped on the promised launch date!
