Blizzard Customer Service

We demand that Blizzard Entertainment, publisher of the amazingly popular "World of Warcraft" franchise, communicate with the player community more to quell hostility toward undeserving game employees.

We demand that some system be set up by Blizzard to efficiently communicate to game users that Blizzard knows of, and is attempting to repair, various technical issues. This is the most outstanding issue to the player base, and is the most critical problem in need of repair.

While it would be unfair of the undersigned to demand that the numerous technical problems in World of Warcraft be repaired, we ask that Blizzard communicate more with its users to reinforce confidence that the monthly fee every user pays is being well-spent.

We further request that players be reimbursed for server downtime and other technical issues -- while it is well-known that this will be a difficult system to implement, players are growing weary of paying every month for a service that is unavailable the majority of the time.

Also, we demand that Blizzard understand that should these conditions not be met, the player base will vote using its wallet and stop paying for the service indefinitely.
