Bring Back Hoang Sa

Bring back "Quần Đảo Hoаng Sa" for Vietnamese people. Our children have the rights to know that "Quần Đảo Hoаng Sa" belongs only to Vietnamese and not Chinese. The Vietnamese government should take some serious actions for something deserve to own.
