Bring Back Mickey Webb

An old TB firm favourite DC Mickey Webb is returning to The Bill for a couple of episodes to partake in Rachel Heath's trial. We believe that the producers should recognise Mickey's potential as a ratings winner above those new additions who seem to have had little effect on the viewing public.
