BRING THE OLYMPICS TO NEW YORK CITY IN 2012!

Dear Fellow Tunisians "The Nations of New York" volunteer network of the City's international communities is a program at "NYC2012",the committee set-up to run New York's bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. Being part of the network, The Tunisian Community Center is partnering with NYC2012 to launch an unprecedented campaign to sign up over 60,000 volunteers by early 2005 for the City's Olympic Bid. No Olympic Bid City has ever recruited this number of volunteers !This will significantly strengthen the City's chances ofwinnign the 2012 Games. NYC2012 volunteers will be asked to participate in several events that include the Athens Olympic Torch Realy ,on June 19,2004,and the visit ofthe IOC Evaluation Commission to New York City in early 2005.You will recieve periodic updates on the Bid and, if you choose,you can become more involved in NYC2012 volunteer opportunities.
