Cambridge University should censure Dr Manmohan Singh for encouraging corruption in India.

India is the largest democracy in the world. It is the largest member of the British Commonwealth. It has gained independence from Britain through a non-violent struggle under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi. The fruits of freedom have not percolated to the grass roots due to enormous corruption at all levels. The greatest beneficiaries of corruption in India are the big business houses. A corruption-free India would be a great boon to the world and would reduce migration from India to rest of the world. Dr Manmohan Singh an academic trained in UK is the current Prime Minister of India. He is presiding over one of the most corrupt governments in Indian history, and probably in the whole world. He is using all his means and cleverness to stifle the democratic movement in India. He is not worth the recognition of Cambridge University.
