Dear , Hockey Canada, NHL and Nike Hockey
I came across your new designed jersey this evening and I became upset at what I saw. I feel
that his design is not what hockey is about. As jersey design interests me , I was always intrigued
by the look of the common hockey jersey. I went out and purchased jersey of teams I dont even
follow. I am not the only one that feels this way. Many people are disgusted by your new
streamline fitting jerseys. Hockey players look the best right now in their current equipment. We
as all jersey enthusiasts urge you to not wear these come Turin 2006. Hockey has just made a
significant step forward but with equipment this drastic in change you are only taking a step
backward. I was very pleased with the look of the old team Canada uniforms. They were plain
simple not flashy like the new gear. I say get rid of this crazy designs and let hockey players look
like hockey players and not like some sort of bicycler type uniform.
