Canadian Finger Eleven Street Team Reinstatement

We the undersigned request that Sony Music and, in particular, its affiliate label Wind-Up Records reinstate the Canadian branch of the street team for the band Finger Eleven. As members of the home country of the band, we wish to help support the band and continue to build upon the popularity and commercial success they have realized thus far. As a key population that allowed the band to build followings beyond their immediate home region through support and word of mouth, it is only fitting that we continue to provide promotional aid and support.

It was previously advised some time ago that Sony Music Canada would take over the handling of street team mailings and the team itself; however, the street team was subsequently suspended in Canada, and has yet to be reinstated, although the American street team has continued to function. We feel Sony Music Canada and Wind-Up Records should take the initiative to reinstate the Canadian Street Team utilizing the aid of the Sony Music Canada branch if need be.

We feel that Finger Eleven is a talented band worth the investment of a Canadian street team division to further build their following at home, particularly on the heels of the band achieving Platinum Status in Canada. Canada is where the band started, and surely, the band itself would appreciate the inclusion of the 'hometown' fanbase.
