Change the Irish Intoxicating Liquor Act

To change the Intoxicating Liquor act whereby by a Special Exemption Order on a Sunday (which is until 1.00am) to the same as every other day of the week (which is until 2.30am).

There is no logic to the fact that a Licensed Premises can stay open until 2.30am on a Saturday and a Monday but not a Sunday.
