We, the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, request that you, our Governor, move for and get passed by the Legislators of our Commonwealth, a Law that makes any molestation of a child a felony.
Anyone convicted of any such crime will serve a predetermined time in jail. This would include any inappropriate touching or fondling of children under the age of 16.
