To establish May 31 of every year as a day of commemoration for all the people in the world that were innocent victims of mass killings by other people who denied their right to peaceful life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. This includes genocides, political regimes crimes, religious wars, terrorist acts and other crimes. In time, to establish a Commission that will validate a list of all these events and keep it as a sacred book of knowledge for humankind, so similar events can be avoided in the future.
