Crash Davis re-hired for New 92.7 The Zoo

Recently Rocking M Radio, The Parent company of 92.7 KZUH radio in Salina Kansas switched format from Sports to Rock radio once again. The programming is titled the New Zoo 92.7, the rock remains in tact but a few things are missing. Early this past summer, James Lowe{Jiggy Jaguar/The former Crash Davis} approached James Westling{the current PD} about being re-hired from a job, he voluntarily quit in April of 2007. Mr. Westling said he would consider it and after talking to mgmt, they did not see the same and Mr. Lowe was not Re-hired. We think that the new 92.7 The Zoo needs the return of Crash Davis{Love him or hate him} people listened to Crash and he helped the community and helped the music scene. We would like to show through this petition that if RMR rehired Crash, their listeners would increase and their numbers would be up. How can you not have a 92.7 The ZOO without Crash Davis.

The recent interview by Radio industry leading All Access{http://www.allaccess.com/news-talk-sports/10-questions/archive/7543/10-questions-with-james-lowe} Highlighted the fact that James is already doing a lot in the biz, and also with his highly rated and listened to radio program "The Jiggy Jaguar Radio Show" on Sunday afternoons on 50+ syndicated stations{internet and am/fm} Lowe has built a following, and a social network that commands attention. We would like you to considering signing this Petition and showing the folks at Rocking M Radio Salina that they need to bring Crash Davis back and send a message to the community, they are willing to listen to the public{after all, the recent programming change came after millions flooded them for years on switching the Sports format back to a harder edge Zoo format.} and bring back some of the old zoo to be on the new zoo. {By no means are we wanting Crash to get a morning show or take away from the 4-6pm show with Morgan Lillich and James Westling} We would just like to see Crash be returned and given another shot on the All new Zoo.
