We, the undersigned, have attempted every means to communicate with Motorola in relation to the lack of support for the company product, in particular the cell phone(s) Motorola Cliq and Motorola Cliq XT.

To date Motorola has missed an expected update to the Android OS which the phones use, this lack of update or information regarding the update has caused a number of dissatisfied customers. Additionally, making the phone(s) obsolete withing months of purchase due to applications being updated and no longer available or functional on the outmoded operating system.

We, the undersigned, demand an update from Motorola, or a refund of the amounts spent on their product(s).
