Dean Keener Must Go

James Madison University basketball had a proud tradition. Our program was once the envy of mid-major programs. We were once a consistent threat to win our conference and go to the NCAA tournament, but this has all ended. With the hiring of Coach Keener the University hoped to put the program on the path to recovery, however, after three losing seasons it is clear that Dean Keener lacks the skill and knowledge to effectively field a team that would challenge schools in our conference, let alone make the NCAA tournament.

We the students, alumni and fans of James Madison University Basketball respectfully request that the head basketball coach Dean Keener resign, if he fails to resign we ask the administration to fire Coach Keener effective at the earliest by the end of the current season.
