After reading a variety of threads in which registered users of Chester City Football Club supporters messageboard Deva Chat are almost campaigning for a members-only forum, this blueprint can only produce a fair society where each user of the said messageboard is as accepted as the next one.
The ideas of these individuals are not dissimilar of a Communist governance, wishing to deny those who choose not to register the opportunity of a freedom of speech.
