Dont Cancel Top Gear

In light to the recent accident that transpired involving Richard Hammond, we feel that plans may already be afoot to cancel this program which is watched and loved by millions of people in the UK alone.
We understand that the BBC may wish to reduce the level of risk that the Top Gear presenters take while recording features for the show and 100\% respect and will support the BBC in any decisions in this.
In the past, the BBC have continued to film new series of Top Gear, even with mounting pressure from groups such as Transport 2000 and other environmental groups which have tried to axe the show. And yet, the BBC has continued to keep the show running.
As the BBC is aware, Top Gear is the most pirated television show in the world beating other shows such as Lost and Desperate Housewives (Quote #1). Although illegal, it adds weight to the fact that Top Gear is not just a programme loved by a UK audience. That it is truly an internationally loved show which is on a par with other shows such as Band of Brothers, The Office and Spooks (titled MI-5 in America).
We ask the Executive Board of the BBC not to have a knee-jerk reaction to Richard Hammonds recent accident and cancel Top Gear. We respect that production and airing of the show might have to be put on hold pending Richards health and well being, which is of the utmost importance not only for the BBC, but all of Richards family, friends and fans.
