Speaking, as a 14 y/o I agree that you should change the driving age. (as stated above) I live in Ga. and we have what ya'll want. I think you should ONLY change it, if you think the teens are capable of driving. If not, they have to wait.

I think that if a ;15-16 can pass a (drivers ed)or simler program with no mistakes they should be aloud to get a permit ;; but not onless they compleat "a road wortheness"" hands on driving test????

I honestly think that you shouldn't have to be 17 or 18 to get ur ermit of license. It's not exactly right that we hav to wait for so lon for eveything. Yes im sure you're saying "how can we know if the person thats 15 is going to be ok behind the whell?"
