Ebay Customer Service Needs to Improve!

In the two years I have been with Ebay, not once have I received a response from them, whether it be reporting an illegal auction or product listing, or problems related to my own account.
Added to which with the research I have undertaken with talking to Ebay sellers, barely anyone else has received any support either. I have heard accounts of how Ebay has overcharged them multiple times, only to send an automatic email stating "GOOD NEWS, your account has been refunded!" Good news?!?!? How about an apology for your sloppy service, is that too much to ask?
We, the sellers, pay money for the privelege to sell there. IT IS NOT FREE. With this in mind, do we not deserve some semblence of a communicative and efficient team of customer service officials who will ensure that we feel we have the support and representation we deserve for GIVING THEM their fame, and the millions upon millions that Ebay collect in fees each year. Without us, the sellers, Ebay would be nothing.
If any other large popular company acted in this way the watchdog authorities would be all over them, and their repuation would go severely downhill. Not Ebay apparently, it seems that it receives no moderation from any authority, and feels it can do as it pleases.
This needs to change, and Ebay needs a big kick up the backside... the question is, who is going to give it to them?
Regardless of whether they see or hear of this petition, something needs to be said, and the thousands of unhappy sellers need a voice. Please, give your support for this message...
