Im calling this petition on Eircom to make there upload speed at least 256kb/s,
because on the 15th of march Eircom announced that they were to upgrade there download speed to 2048kb/s but there upload of 128kb/s would remain the same.It is estimated that the minimum upload rate needed is 6\% of the max download rate and if i am correct it would be 6.4\% of 2048kb/s
