Ending Bullying of All Sorts

In the wake of Sheniz Erkan's death, we have to persuade the Australian Government to establish tough laws and policies on bullying and cyberbullying so that we can prevent the bullies from walking out scot free and the victims to be pushed further when they are too afraid to speak up. School, university, work and using the Internet is suppose to be an enjoyable and fun experience, not to be used to pick on others for various reasons. We want everyone to be safe and feel happy everywhere they go. Cyberbullying is worse than bullying because everyone can see what the bully post online about the victim. If the government allows the police or someone to track down the bullies online by linking the computer to the police, the police are able to catch the bully and charge them with harrassment and bullying. If the police can track pedophiles like this, they can track the bullies down once we ring them. Bullying can happen at any place, at any time. We want 0 tolerance on bullies by having teachers, employers and authorities taking immediate action to end the bullying between the victim and the bully and allowing the victim to get help and the bully to receive a heavy punishment. Whether the victim is bullied online or face to face, it is unacceptable and therefore the government needs to establish tough laws to make sure that the incident will not be repeated and that we can decrease suicide and depression the victims suffer if they get immediate help. It is important to end bullying everywhere and that the bullies are not rewarded for what they did wrong and for the victims to get ongoing support and help.
