ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ZERO TOLERANCE TO BULLYING IN HORWICH SCHOOLS.

This petition is to support the children who become the victims of bullying within our school system. In particular we would like the Bolton Education Authority to look deeper into the incident which involved our niece, Chantelle Smith, at Rivington and Blackrod High School, Horwich. This regarding the mistreatment of her after she was brutally attacked, filmed on a mobile phone while a group of girls cheered her on and taunted further by the bully until she was too scared to go to school. She has now had to move school while the bully, an Amy Louise Knowles, who has been excluded numerous times, gets to stay at the school still receiving an education. The school said all they can do is put 'measures' in place, but these have been tried before and have failed.
