The brutal initation practices of the fanclub for Michael H. Noh are acts of MySpace tyranny. Although many unfairly blame Michael H. Noh for these practices, he is merely a puppet for the larger infrastructure of MySpace and its conglomerates. The corporate hegemony of MySpace and subsequent threats to Michael Noh indicate their ruthless struggle for control in the resource-rich fanclub, which could escalate into a global war.





At least 2 people have been unduly rejected in Mississippi, more than one-third of these being children, and several wounded. The fanclub's economic and infrastructure worth tops $2.5B as of 10 August 2006. MySpace continues its brutal rejection policies on the web almost daily.





MySpace must be prosecuted immediately for its crimes, crimes against the fanclub, humanity, and for the people of Michael H. Noh before this debacle escalates into a global catastrophe. Frances A. Boyle, Professor of Law, University of Illinois, has asserted the legal framework for The Fans of Michael Noh Against Screening to immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for MySpace(ICTMS).





The purpose of this petition is to put control of Michael Noh's fanclub back in the hands of Michael H. Noh himself. The corporate commodification of the fanclub is unfair to Michael H. Noh, his interests, and the adoring public. Stop corporate sponsorship and keep the fanclub for the fans!
